Nourish SWFL increases fresh food access and tracks health outcomes for low-income residents in Collier and Lee Counties by offering free produce for vulnerable participants, supported by data-driven strategies and community partnerships.

This initiative is designed to enhance mental and physical health, our activities foster community engagement and environmental stewardship through beach yoga, forest bathing, and intentional walks and meditation at our gardens.

We partner with local organizations to help their gardens thrive or start one from scratch. The priority is for kids to learn to grow and harvest their own food because kids that grow fruits and veggies, eat them!
