Nourish SWFL is a community-based food access and wellness program serving families in Collier & Lee County. Through this initiative, we grow fresh produce in our three community gardens located in Naples, Estero, and Fort Myers, and distribute it directly to community members in the form of “produce bouquets.”
Each bouquet includes a variety of fresh, nutrient-dense items along with simple recipes and nutrition guidance to encourage healthy eating at home. In addition, we teach participants how to grow their own food through hands-on gardening education, helping build long-term skills and self-sufficiency.
By combining fresh food distribution, nutrition education, and gardening skills, Nourish SWFL empowers individuals to improve their health, increase food access, and create lasting change in their households.

Our program connects Collier County seniors to fresh, locally grown produce through monthly food bouquets, available for pickup at Baker Senior Center in North Naples, FL.

In Lee County, we provide monthly food bouquets, available for free pickup at Lee Health’s Healthy Life Center in Coconut Point.

In Lee County, we provide monthly food bouquets, available for free pickup at Lee Health’s Gulf Coast Medical Center.

Check out some of the recipe cards we provide to our wonderful community members when they pick up their FREE produce bouquets.

We’ve launched a GoFundMe to create a space where we can grow fresh, affordable food for our community while empowering the next generation of environmental leaders through our NextWave Fellowship Program.
Every contribution helps bring this vision to life.
