Nourish SWFL is a fresh food access program by The Healthy Earth Organization that empowers Collier and Lee County families with healthy choices. Each week, with farmers market-style experience using “Healthy Bucks” to shop for fresh produce grown in our tower gardens and sourced from local farms. Families also receive recipes, wellness resources, and free health screenings—ensuring every meal supports a healthier, more sustainable future.

Our program connects Collier County families to fresh, locally grown produce through weekly markets, recipes, and wellness support—all at no cost.

In Lee County, we provide monthly food bouquets, available for free pickup at Lee Health’s Healthy Life Center in Coconut Point.

We will be updating this section with all recipes soon.
