Children will enjoy a guided
farm tour, pick their own pint of strawberries, and take part in an outdoor picnic lunch (lunch to be brought from
home). Transportation will be provided. This memorable experience deepens their connection to agriculture and
where food comes from.

We provide each classroom with a video presentation and a butterfly kit to help document the metamorphosis of a caterpillar to a butterfly and once the butterflies hatch they get released in centers garden.

portable garden systems come with everything needed to grow herbs like basil, mint, and oregano. Children will
be able to observe, care for, and taste fresh herbs while learning how food grows.
This new addition allows students to observe live worms in action through a clear container filled with layered soil
and organic material. Children will learn about the role of worms in healthy soil and composting, encouraging
curiosity about the ecosystem below our feet. Observation journals and classroom discussions will help students
reflect on what they see and discover.

Students will become water scientists as they test the pH levels of various water sources, including canal water, ocean water, rainwater, and tap water. This hands-on STEM activity introduces environmental science
concepts and includes educational brochures from Collier County Pollution Control for students to take home and
share with their families.

This creative and educational activity helps children recognize common snakes of Southwest Florida. Each child
will paint their own wooden snake while learning to identify regional species. Students will also receive educational
postcards and a take-home activity to reinforce learning and encourage family engagement with local wildlife
topics.

✨ $250 brings nature-based, hands-on environmental education to an early learning classroom, connecting young children to nature and their community.
✨ $1,000 helps us install a new vertical community garden (Tower Garden) at a Southwest Florida site, providing fresh produce to neighbors in need.
